Gerrard Corporation is pleased to announce that after three years of development and construction, Phase Two of the Dancing Oaks Communities development is complete. A ribbon cutting was held Tuesday, July 12th to commemorate the opening of the two, twelve-unit buildings located in east Menomonie.
